The plate was garnished with the tiniest tomatoes I have ever seen (the only garnish but the most edible thing on the plate).This was what you might expect from a low cost chain restaurant. It was edible after scraping off the excess seasoning. It had been described as Midwest prime, but was actually tenderized (maybe choice) overly seasoned and salty.

What came was a steak less than 1/2” thick, cooked medium rather than medium rare. was described as a round cut, somewhat like a fillet but from the top of round.

I ordered the baseball cut steak after discussing it with our waiter. This was our 3rd time at this restaurant and the other experiences were very good.
